  • Do you offer in-person services?

    At this time, I only offer virtual services. This allows me to provide flexible and accessible support no matter where you are, in the state of California. Note that you need to be physically located in California for mental health services, though nationwide for coaching services.

  • How do virtual services work?

    A HIPAA-compliant video platform is used to ensure your privacy and security. You will receive a text and/or email confirming your appointment details.

  • How long are the appointments?

    Appointment lengths vary by service: individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes, family therapy sessions are 60 minutes, and coaching sessions are 45 minutes.

    Coaching sessions vary based on the offer you select. Therefore, the sessions can range from 45 to 90 minutes long.

  • How often will we meet for therapy? Coaching?

    We will have weekly sessions scheduled for the same day and time each week. This consistency is crucial for building a strong therapeutic relationship and ensuring ongoing progress.

    The consistency of coaching sessions varies on the offer you chose that fits for you. Though, if possible, sessions can be scheduled for the same day and time until services end.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    The cancellation policy requires that appointments be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be responsible for the entire fee. This policy is in place because a time commitment is made to you and held exclusively for you.

    Coaching services has its own cancellation policy. Once you become a coaching client, a contract agreement with be provided to you, which includes the cancellation and rescheduling policy.

  • Do you take insurance?

    Yes, I am contracted with several third party providers, along with credentialed individually with Optum. The third party providers handle the administrative and billing aspects of therapy so that I may accept insurance. Please inquire for further details regarding the availability of clients wanting to use their medical insurance.

    Due to the differences in mental health and coaching services, insurance companies do not cover the cost for coaching services.
