Approaches

Client-centered: emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment in which my clients can explore and resolve their issues. To name a few, this is where empathy, autonomy, and reflection on the present are explored.

Holistic: focuses on treating the individual as a whole, considering all aspects of a person's life and well-being, including physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual factors. It entails the interconnectedness of these domains and aims to promote overall health and balance.

Relational: the importance of the therapeutic relationship between the therapist and the client. It is rooted in the understanding that human relationships are central to emotional and psychological well-being. Some key aspects of the relational approach consist of: mutual influence, transparency, attunement, and collaborative processes.

Solution-focused: a goal-oriented approach that focuses on identifying and achieving solutions rather than dwelling on the struggles. It emphasizes on the client's strengths, resources, and abilities to enact positive change in their lives.

Our very survival depends on our ability to stay awake, to adjust to new ideas, to remain vigilant and to face the challenge of change.
